By default your Simplo site is configured to automatically create one backup of your database per day (when the site is being used/accessed) and to keep a total of 5 backups. If you are not using and no one is accessing the site, no additional backups are made.
You can access/restore a previous backup from here (must be logged in as admin).
To manually download a backup of the database (or the entire site), visit the configuration page for the Backup and Migrate module.
